 | Dr. Judy Brookhiser serves as Health, Physical Education, and Recreation (HPER) Department Chair. Dr. Brookhiser has consistently demonstrated her support for MSU fencing, and for that we are extremely grateful. Dr. Brookhiser fenced for one year at Western Illinois University.  | Mary Moode serves as HPER Department Secretary/Office Manager/Field Commander. She has assisted and advised both class and club instructors time and again concering administrative procedures.
